PlayForge is a fresh take on corporate team building. We bring your people together through games and dance — two of the most natural ways human beings connect.
We start with a game. Not to compete, but to break the ice, get everyone laughing, and loosen the room. Because the moment colleagues play together, the walls come down.
Then we move into dance. It's not about who can dance — it's about a team learning something new together, moving in rhythm, and creating something as one. No experience needed. Everyone participates at their own level.

Pilatus Engineering is one of Zambia's most established motoring names, a leading distributor of BMW, Mazda and Saurer since 1980. We brought their team together for a PlayForge session of games and dance — a chance for colleagues to step out of their day-to-day roles, connect, and share something new together.
Foxdale Court, Zambia's first green commercial building, is home to a vibrant community of businesses in Roma, Lusaka. We ran a PlayForge team-building experience with them, blending games and movement to build energy, collaboration and connection.
